A rash of rude erasures

How on earth is it Friday already? It feels like this week has barely begun. Oh well, time moves ever forward whether we want it to or not.

The has been a rash of rude erasures on 3rd floor GI. There is a big whiteboard by the waterfountain, right across from my room in fact. The messages that appear on it are generally rather random and often get left up for weeks because nobody bothers to erase the board. But not anymore. On Sunday Dianna was bored and wrote on the board an essay response to the question, "What would you do for a Klondike bar?" It covered the entire board. To read this essay, look in the archives of her blog. Anyway, before it had been up even 24 hours, someone defaced it. No, they didn't erase it and put up something else in it's place. I would be able to respect something like that. No, instead someone wiped off random bits so that the essay was still present but unreadable. Now, I realize that most of the other girls didn't want to take the time to read the essay and appreciate it's quirkiness, but did that mean that they should deface it? It happened again yesterday. I had put up a note about what time the Kentucky Derby would be on Saturday, just on the off-chance that someone else cared. And now it looks as though someone ran their fingers through it. Does no one have respect anymore?

Anyway, I guess I'll get off my soapbox now. Because my head hurts.

God bless.

Snipe them all with a paintball gun!!. J/k that sucks that there are those who are jealous of some peoples talents and even general info. What has the nunery come to? Honestly a buch of pent up women ready to get out on summer break. You all need to be doused in a bucket of ice cold water.
